Money games

This week we have been spending some time learning about money. We have played a great game which we will bring home for homework. Money can be tricky so if you have the time and the coins could you lease take a trip to the shops,it will really help us. 

Underwater art

We are currently working on a piece of art work about the sea. Last week we looked at weaving and this week we are looking at wax resist. We have been creating designs using wax and looking at what happens when we paint over. 

Next week we are hoping to try our hand at batik with our adults. If you have any spare white or cream pillow cases or bed linen we could use that would be incredible!

Shoe boxes please

We will be creating story boxes next week as part of our English units. We will be making the scenery in a shoe box so if you have any spare at home we'd really appreciate them. Thanks
